The bar stools you use in your kitchen are much more versatile than you think. Given that you are not nit-picky and can stand for them to leave the kitchen, then you  can get more out of them than you bargained for. I hope to illustrate this for you here.

I have come up with four different ways you can use your kitchen bar stools:

  • Parties
  • Shows
  • Garage
  • Games

Parties - When you throw a party for your friends or childrens friends, you may restrict all of the festivities to certain locations in your home or outside. Depending on the number of people you invite, you can have many more people than things to sit on . This is where your bar stools come in handy. Take them out to the party. They are high enough that not everybody in a circle needs to be sitting down, only one person or two will do.

Shows - Have some creative types in your home? Do they keep wanting you to watch what they have come up with next? You should make some time to watch them and invite the neighbors over too. Pull some of those bar stools from the kitchen into the lounge room and make it a real show.

Garage - The garage or workshop is one of those places where things can get easily lost. There is so much going on in there that most people that have a peek in do not know how to start walking in . You may have this problem yourself. Drag kitchen bar stools in there, clean a path way to them and you will enjoy yourself away from the madness of the house having a chat with your friends. It can even be just a comfortable place to site while you are tinkering away.

Games -This kind of goes with the parties section above. Play musical chairs for adults since the bar stools are probably too high for the children. It will be hilarious trying to watch your friends get onto them in a hurry and maybe some fun spills too.

So there you have it, some interesting ideas and ways to use such a simple item in so many different ways. You have probably got many more ideas and are indeed already using your bar stools in places other than the kitchen. If not, then start moving them around the place, but be careful because they may not make it back.
